Shipping Times & Costs

UK Mainland

All products ordered by 3pm are shipped out the same business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sundays so orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Vapouriz ship all products standard first class, or tracked/insured/signed for post as specified by the customer.

Vapouriz take no responsibility for items which are shipped successfully but fail to arrive due to the failings of the shipping company such as Royal Mail. Once an item has been successfully dispatched from Vapouriz it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the respective shipping company.

If ‘Standard’ Delivery option is selected, we will not be able to accept responsibility for lost or missing parcels with this method of delivery.  Under Standard delivery, if your parcel is lost in the postage system by a third party delivery service, the cost of your item/s will not be covered by Vapouriz. Should you wish your item/s to be protected from loss/theft, we would recommend a tracked/insured option.

We also offer Royal Mail Airsure (Signed for) at an additional cost of £5.99. Orders placed using standard Royal Mail Airmail are the responsibility of the customer. Vapouriz as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by third party handling companies such as Royal Mail. For security we recommend using the Royal Mail Airsure service.

Delivery costs to all EU/European Destinations are charged at £4.99 for orders up to 500g. Airsure (is an additional £5.99 - tracked and signed for).

Orders placed using standard Royal Mail Airmail are the responsibility of the customer. Groupon Shipping Times & Costs

Vapouriz/Groupon deals are incredibly popular and as a result we cannot ship the same day as your voucher is redeemed, however we will always endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
